Breakfast on the lake is absolutely fantastic, with a wonderful view, excellent food and coffee and kind staff. The room was very nice, and I enjoyed the very nice backyard. The receptionists were also very kind and accommodated all my requests (including lending me a steam iron). The location is right in the center of Ascona and super close to the Lago Maggiore, it's amazing!

Nice, clean place. Very small. But in this location with price I had it hard to expect more. Stuff was friendly, provided iron and Restaurent downstair with riverside is awesome. Really great place for breakfast and chill with drinks for sunset. Very nice calm and green courtyards.

The location is perfect and the view from the room was amazing. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. The breakfast that was included had a nice variety and the staff there were very friendly and welcoming. Could not ask for a better place to stay!

During my recent business trip, Ascona and this hotel both left me a good impression. Then I take a vacation this time. The room is clean and tidy. Hotel receptionists are especially kind and friendly. They also give me useful advices on excursions around Ascona. Ticino Ticket is really useful during my stay. I have visited Cimetta, Cima della Trosa, and Val Verzasca, which are amazing places. Grazie mille!

Location was perfect, room was just what I needed, very clean, compact & bijou but the view was lovely, really couldn't have asked for more. Staff were really friendly, helpful, and couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast was really good, and who could want for more eating it on the edge of the lake.....a great stay, I will definitely be back!

The Rooms were really beautifully furnished, also the AC was really good, the bathroom was also beautiful. I really liked the locations of the room, in the backyard of the hotel and a little beautiful garden. The breakfast was really good and the staff were very friendly and always here for us

Your people are top notch - From check in (Sara) to breakfast (everyone) to the kind greetings in the passageways, everyone is just fantastic

The renovation/decoration/interior is modern and nice, nice bathrooms, the view spectacular, staff friendly and multilingual.

the property i situated right in front of the logano lake with a beautiful view. we came late but the staff were very accommodating and everything was ready for check in. the hotel is charming with three buildings next to each other. the rooms have a very interesting design. each room has its unique character. highly recommended and will come again
